Most supplement labels tell you what an ingredient is meant to help with. This page explains how each one actually works, and points you to the research so you can check it yourself.
Every ingredient in Ukina was chosen for a mechanism, not a marketing angle. Where the evidence is strong, we say so. Where it is thinner, we say that too.
How to read this page
Each ingredient below has a short explanation of its mechanism, meaning the specific thing it does in the body, and a link to a study on PubMed. PubMed is the free public database run by the US National Library of Medicine. You do not need a subscription to read the abstracts.
These are references, not proof that Ukina will work for you. Study populations, doses and formulations vary, and individual results vary too.
