Name: Ukina Daily Women's Clarity Blend
Brand: Ukina

Question 1

Is it safe to take with my medications?

Accepted Answer

Most women can take Ukina alongside their usual medications, but two flags from me as a pharmacist: if you take blood thinners like warfarin, talk to your doctor first, because vitamin K2 can interact with them. And if you take thyroid medication, separate it from Ukina by a few hours. When in doubt, show the label to your pharmacist; that's what we're for.

Question 2

When will I actually feel something?

Accepted Answer

Honestly: it builds. Many women notice clearer days in the first two weeks as the brain-supporting actives take hold. The hot flash and mood support builds over 4 to 12 weeks, and some ingredients, like K2 and D3, work quietly for months before you'd ever feel them. That's why we made the guarantee 75 days, not 30.

Question 3

Is this hormonal?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing in Ukina is a hormone or acts as one in your body. Every ingredient works through non-hormonal pathways, which is exactly why we built it, for women who can't or don't want to take hormones.

Question 4

Why these doses?

Accepted Answer

Because underdosing is the industry's favourite trick. Most brands sprinkle in enough of an ingredient to list it, not enough to matter. Every active in Ukina is at or above the dose used in the studies on it, or it doesn't go in. Clinical dose or nothing.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

Then you get your money back. Every subscription is covered by the 75-day guarantee from your first order: feel the difference or get every dollar back, and you can cancel the subscription itself anytime in one tap.
