These terms apply to your use of ukinahealth.com and to any order you place with Ukina Health (“Ukina”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to order from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first.
We may decline or cancel an order, including where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Our subscription plans renew automatically so your supply continues without a gap.
When you start a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We will send you a reminder before each renewal charge.
You can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@ukinahealth.com. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel before that renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund an order already dispatched, though our guarantee below may still apply.
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it, and we may pause or cancel the subscription if it keeps failing.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.
Our guarantee, returns and refunds
We offer a 75-day money-back guarantee on subscription orders. If the product is not right for you, contact us within 75 days of your first subscription order and we will refund it.
Outside that guarantee, and for one-time purchases, we accept returns of unopened product in original condition. Contact us first so we can arrange it.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Information on this site, including ingredient explanations and cited research, is general information and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

Using our site
You may use the site for your own lawful, personal use. You must not interfere with the site or its security, use it to send spam or malicious code, scrape it or use automated tools against it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our products and marketing. We may decline to publish or may remove content at our discretion.
Our intellectual property
The Ukina name and logo, the site design, text, images, and other content are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites, including research databases and payment or review providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the site or any product is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
